No you only need one adsense account, that's the beauty of Google Adsense.

What ads it chooses depends on your contents so your page should be well optimized and having a few of your keyword phrases. You've come a long way, Peter. Yes, it's a matter of rinse & repeat but the key is to reinvest your earnings into outsourcing. So you can focus on what you do best - keyword research and leave the writing to someone else who does it better.

Ya, I have felt the same way when building a website, e-commerce site or blog. It's easy to stay on track when someone is dangling the money carrot with the stick. It's really tough to keep your courage and persistence when no one is there to give you a paycheck. I've tried to find a bigger picture to stay motivated. Plug yourself into a purpose! I've always learned to bend my fear into a servant instead of letting it be a paralyzing obstacle.
