I have experienced that inserting the adsense code into my site has brought me crashing down in the serps and I find that people consider this to be a myth. &lt;br&gt;But i say its true. Because they will receive pingbacks anyway, it doesn't matter if it is a DoFollow or a NoFollow link. That way, you keep the link juice and still let other bloggers see that you've linked to them. If your blog is working for you and others then you have to ask yourself how important is your PR?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I do a mix of both.
